The Energy System of the Human Being
1} Subtle Bodies
2} Energy Centers or Chakras
3} Energetic Connections or Channels
The Etheric Body: it envelops the visible body with a 6 to 8cm. thick cloud of energy, creating a protective barrier against bacteria and toxins. It is nourished and energized via the ‘root chakra’ and ‘solar plexus’. Stress, negative thinking, unhealthy diet, misuse of drugs, alcohol, nicotine all deplete the “Etheric Body”
Spending time outdoors, in Nature, you will re-charge the etheric body and strengthen its protective shield. Hypnosis works through this body. 75% of sicknesses start there and spread to the physical body because it is so suggestible.
The Astral Body: vibrates at a higher frequency than the “etheric body”. It is responsible for the emotional realm. The aura of the “astral body”, depending on our developmental level, extends out 1 to 7 meters from the physical body. It is the medium of all feelings and emotions. It mirrors out our fear, aggression, joy, love, etc. with clarity, and it facilitates our emotional communication with others. From our “Astral body” we establish a connection with deeper levels of our own psyche. This is the source of attraction + aversion.
The Mental Body: It is the site of ideas + thoughts. Its frequency is higher than the “etheric” and “astral” bodies. It is responsible for the thought processes, for how we respond to infos transmitted by astral + causal bodies. We can influence it by choosing our life style; a style supporting the unfolding of our consciousness, with meditation, acceptance… It is closely related to the 3rd Eye + Crown chakra. If these 2 centers are open, we can receive infos from the Beyond…
The Causal Body: It vibrates at the fastest rate. It provides us with an unbroken line of communication with the inner Divine, pure Being… it is also called the “spiritual body”.
In the next ARUN Post, i will share about “Prana” and energy connections. I will also share a lot about the 8 Chakras, including their healthy and unhealthy implications. Then, we will share movement awareness exercises for each of them. Finally, for this section of our “21 days”, i will share many infos about the Glands of the Body, and ways of vibrating them within.
