    Hi Anasha,
There are a few questions from Japanese firends,

    from Yumi,
“How about honey? I feel cold and want to dring something hot.
Herb tea or ginger water with a little honey is ok?
Will you talk about “fermentation “? Is it not good? I have gases, it is not good?”

    from Reiko,
“Since 21st, I drink green smoothies.
My stomach doesnt move so well and I have no appetite at all.
There are white things on the tongue. It does not feel good.
I am wondering if this method does not fit Japanese my body?
    Give me an advice.”

Rasatita, thank you for helping the japanese friends
to Yumi:yes Honey with ginger or herb teas or ginger, lemon honey water is ok. Also i answer Pipasa in the post of yesterday about been cold. I will talk today about fermentation and i talked about it in september so maybe Yumi read the notes again.

      To reiko
reiko san you are in detox!!!!!!
i need to know if the white things on your tongue are simply a white coated tongue or they are little pimple.
A white coated tongue is a detox sign, little pimples would be candida.
Also drink more water even so you may not be thirsty, if you are not hungry it is a sure sign that your body or stomach wants a break, always trust the sign our body gives you, and drink hot ginger lemon honey water this will soothe your stomach.
also move the body , for activation of the bowels movements are necessary, as is hydration of the colon, with the help of water (please noooo chlorinated water) and if the constipation persist which will not be the case, the body needs to becoming used to this new way of eating, if not we would use an enema.
Thanks Reiko you are doing well and getting rid of tensions too after the big Japan event, and do not worry, this cleanse is suited for any race in the world, if more questions arise, ask again.
Rasata can answer some of the questions or Kamala (give her e-mail to all the japanese friends) also
love to all of you my beloved japanese friends……….anasha

        Hi! anasha!
Thank you very much for your advice.
        Yes! Now i know that i’m in detox,because i got diarrhea .
i will trust the sign our body gives me!

It’s a good chance to be conscious of desire to eat .
my stomach doesn’t want eat,but my mind want to eat other things .
i can understand it more clearly since i began green smoothies.
when my mind want to eat more,
i can tell my mind that you are not in charge of eating.

It’s raining around Kamakura and Tokyo now.
Rain brought radiation and our tap water become contaminated with radiation a little now.

        love to anasya and anubudda

    Hello dear Anasha!!!

first of all – Thank you for your great posts!
I have a very “Western” digestive system – aka high acid levels and I want to start the cleanse.
but I got a little confused tofay after reading…
in your old post on the site and the email you sent today the same fruits appear as different acidicty levels.
some of the acid fruits (like oranges) are now on Alkaine fruits list, and some of the sweet fruits (like bananas) are now on the “acidic fruits”

I want to start making smoothis but im scared of choosing fruits that will make my acidicty worse 🙁 please help!

    Much Love & Light
    Meg Harel

    P.S here’s the two lists-

“Acid Fruits“- which are Grapefruits, oranges, tangerines, pineapple, pomegranates, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberry, and kumquats combine well with
“sub-acid” fruits- which are apples, blueberries-אוכמניות, cherimoyas -אנונה(with seeds), cherries, fresh figs-תאנה, grapes (with seeds), kiwi, mangoes, nectarines, papaya, peaches, pears, and plums.
Sweet Fruits: Bananas, persimmons-אפרסמון, prunes-שזיף, fresh dates, durian, mulberries, and any dried fruits (soaked in water for 6 hours).

Alkaline fruits: figs, papaya, Apricots, pineapple, lemon, oranges, tangerines, grapes, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwis…
Neutral fruits: melons {all types}, apples, cucumber, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, loquats
Slightly acidic fruits: bananas, avocados, cherimoya, durian, plums, dates, mulberry, and all dried fruits.

    hello Meg
thanks for writing , first i would like to know who you are as i know everyone on the list but not you !!!!!!!!
so would you be so kind and tell me if we know each other or not, and if not , how did you heard about the week of green smoothies. Thank you

    Now i answer your question.
the 1st list i gave is about the category the fruits are listed, and they are divided in 3 categories, sweet, sub acid and acid, and this is done for the compatibility of the mixing for digestive reasons .
the list of yesterday is for the acidity or alkalinity of the fruits , and the effects they have on the PH.
i hope this will clarify your doubts.
note also that even if a banana is slightly acidic it is gonna be balanced by the greens that have a highly alkalizing effect.
the banana is slightly acidic only due to the starch .
love to you too Meg and enjoy the ride
and the cleanse is totally alkalizing so do not worry.
