“ARUN Green Smoothie Cleanse & Detox” + A.O.Y. continues…

Hello friends,

We are at Day # 2 of our Green Smoothies week.

Today, I would like you to feel and realize that the Human Body is “electro-magnetic”.  It is easy to observethis with children… they have a glow, an aura that is brilliant, and we are naturally attracted to this.

So for us this week, by consuming only “leafy greens and fruits” that have been grown organically, we give our bodies the gift of enhancing and re-enforcing this “electro-magnetic” energy.  Our bio chemistry is mineral-dependent. We have trillions of cells in our bodies, they build the tissues forming every part, organ, gland in your body.  These cells need care and nourishment to thrive, to provide you with energy and power.  Each cell contains over 4000 ‘enzymes’! {Enzymes’ are biological catalysts or assistants. Enzymes consist of various types of proteins that work to drive the chemical reaction required for a specific action or nutrient. Enzymes can either launch a reaction or speed it up}  And these ‘enzymes’ can only be activated with sufficient quantities of minerals.  “Wild” food { all the wild greens like malva, stinging neetles, dandelion, etc- plants that grow naturally, without being “cultivated”} on average contains the most minerals.  Organically grown food has a little less minerals than wild foods… but organic food has MUCH MORE minerals compared to commercial- chemically grown food.
Also, “leafy greens” are alkaline in nature, containing calcium, magnesium, silicon, iron, sodium, manganese creating the “right milieu” for alkalinity in the body.  Most of the Western society bodies are too acidic. This acidity is the cause of many sicknesses and mineral deficiency.  Too much acidity leads to inflammation, contraction, stiffness, tissue degeneration, itchy skin, and more.
Based on their mineral contents, fruits are alkaline, or slightly acidic, and some fruits are neutral…
Alkaline fruits: figs, papaya, pineapple, lemon, oranges, tangerines, grapes, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwis
Neutral fruits: melons {all types}, apples, cucumber, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, loquats

Slightly acidic fruits: bananas, avocados, cherimoya, durian, plums, dates, mulberry, and all dried fruits.

So, by re-establishing a right acid/ alkaline balance in your body, you will help your body-mind getting free of negative addictions… because addictions thrive on an acidic milieu.

GREEN SMOOTHIES will give your cells all the food and minerals they need to vibrate.
They will also provide you with enough liquid, as we are mostly chronically de-hydrated… this de-hydration also contributes to major diseases in body mind.  The Smoothies are not cooked, obviously.  One of the major advantages of “raw food” is its preservation of enzymes… so the smoothies will provide the Body with the amount of minerals it needs to activate the enzymes.

The Kirlian photos attached to this mail show the electro-magnetic properties of live food vs. cooked food.  And “organic kiwi” vs. “commercially grown” kiwi… it is quite dramatic to see the difference, but for me, the experience of eating organic vs. non-organic fruits and veggies is also quite dramatic… there is a BIG DIFFERENCE in taste and effects.  Thanks to “David ‘Avocado’ Wolfe”... these photos are from one of his many great books, “Eating for Beauty”… he is doing amazing research and sharing about Vibrant Health.

Also, we only take fruits and “leafy” greens, as they are most compatible and will not create “fermentation” in the body, which always brings painful digestion and gases.


And, “your Blood” is your “Life-river”… it transports the Life {Prana}, circulates all the necessary nutrients to your organs, glands, connective tissues, joints, muscles, etc… this means that if the PH {alkaline/ acid balance} of the Blood is too acidic, all kinds of disturbances are created in your body.

You are what you eat, drink, breathe… and your Body, or Energy-Field is the reflection of what you put into it.

In a later Post, i will address “detoxification”, “food combining”, etc… to give you a better understanding of our miraculous Energy-Field.
But for today, I will answer 2 questions.

The 1st question is from “Pipasa“, who lives in Japan… “she feels cold, too cold, and has done the Green Smoothie Cleanse & Detox week before and it was like this also”.
So i would suggest:  move the body… when you start to feel cold, jump, walk, shake- move as you like to activate your blood flow.  Take hot herbal teas, or add some ginger to a smoothie.  Take a hot bath.  Put more clothes on than usual.  I used to be cold easily, but after 5 years of eating only raw foods, my body temperature has changed.  So do not worry, the body needs time to adapt, and the “Detox” is affecting the internal mechanism that regulates the body temperature.

2nd question is from “Montse” in Spain…  “How to drink water between the Smoothies?  And how long between Smoothies do i have to wait?  Can i eat fruits alone?”
If you take 3 or 4 big smoothies a day, you will need less water than 2 liters a day.  And you will not feel thirsty as your body is receiving plenty of Hydration.  Your cells will be grateful for this, as it is also part of the nourishment of the cells I was referring to before.
My way is to drink 3 glasses in the morning… 1st thing 2 glasses of normal water, then the next glass is 1/2 lemon pressed in warm water.  Then later {at least one hour later}, i would take the Smoothie.
Also, you can eat fruits or chew greens if you like.  And basically, wait between Smoothies at least 2 hours minimum.   I have one for breakfast, lunch, and dinner… and i will explain “why” in a later Post.

Enough for today.
