ARUN Shamanic Journey… Celita is growing fast… and “another blissful day in Paradise”

Anasha is calling this her "best smoothie ever"! Full of mulberries and bananas from our trees, and spinach from our garden, and coconut water... it was unreal good!

Happy April Fool’s Day!!!  May you experience radiant health, a clear mind, an open heart… and may this be your “Best Year Ever”!  We again want to tickle your dreaming heart and tell you more about this summer’s ARUN Shamanic Journeys~

We are very excited that we are having the “ARUN Shamanic Journeys” on Matt & Angela’s land.  They have many houses, spread around the land, so every one will either be alone or with one roommate.  The air here is crystal clear, the water comes straight from a National Forest… the SILENCE is palpable, and the food we eat will  be awesome~ fresh, wholesome, and organic, mostly coming straight from our land.  We will also include a guided 3-day “Green Smoothie Cleanse” in each Training.

We have made the cost of the Trainings VERY ATTRACTIVE!

The July “ARUN Shamanic Journey” is only $1100. {€ 820}, all inclusive… and is open to all who have previous ARUN Training experience.  July 16th – 29th, 2013

The August “ARUN Intensive Experience” is only $1395. {€ 1065.}, all inclusive…and is open to EVERYONE {already friends from here are signing in!}  

August 14th-29th, 2013

Both will happen with Spanish & Japanese translation!  And also German, if needed.

AND!!!  A really exciting NEWS!~  We are collaborating with a beautiful French film producer here, and she will help us create an “ARUN Conscious Touch” Documentary”,,, and a lot of the material will be coming from this Summer… with the people, with the Nature… bringing into the World, the magic and simplicity of “Conscious Touch as a Meditation”, and Osho’s vision of the Body and Consciousness as one, organic unity.  Her name is Sarah Veronica, and she has had her work shown before at Cannes… she loves ARUN and is very excited to take on this Creative Project with us.  So we need LOTS of beautiful friends to be here!

    Love your newsletter and heartfelt updates from Vilcabamba.The vibes of love and wonderment of life’s gifts ….touch-in 🙂 I just spent two wonderful days with a birthing Consultent and doula,midwife herself,who goes around the world presenting her ”wombtoworld” conscious birthing event.Anna Verwaal.Great inner journey and re-membering aspects of my own birth and early hrs and days,spontaneously sort of..especially today,after I reenacted my birthing on my own bed,from underneath and thru my very cozy bedcovers….really interesting.And here I am tatattatateee fresh and still inside:) Sending you both love and thanks,smiles and well wishes,Bhaven 🙂

      Hola Bhaven Beloved~ August 14-29th, 2013. Beautiful story about the woman you have been with… almost all the births here are at home, many unassisted, except by father… with a midwife on call. We are happy to think you might be coming! Keep in touch, Love, Buddha & Anasha

    Wir sind sehr begeistert, dass wie die “ARUN schamanische Reise” auf Matt und Alngelas Land haben werden. Sie haben mehrere Häuser, die über das ganze Grundstück verteilt sind, so dass jeder entweder alleine oder mit einem Zimmergenossen wohnen wird. Die Luft hier ist kristallklar, das Wasser kommt direkt aus einem Naturschutzpark…. Die Stille ist greifbar und unser Essen wird wunderbar sein – frisch, vollwertig und biologisch, größtenteil auf unserem Land angebaut. Wir werden in jedem Training auch 3 Tage „Green Smoothie Reinigung“ haben.
    Wir haben die Kosten der Trainings sehr attraktiv gestaltet!!

    ARUN/ Osho Yoga gestern…. Es gibt so viel wofür wir dankbar sein können…. Diese Haltung ist wunderbar um „sich der Existenz hinzugeben“ und das Stirnbein zu entspannen und die Verbindung zum Becken…. Auch für die Eingeweide und um die Wirbelsäule atmen zu lassen….

    Drehungen der Wirbelsäule sind einige der besten “inneren Berührungen”, die wir unseren Organen und den Wirbeln geben können…. Sie entfernen stagnierende Gase aus Darm, Gallenblase, Leber, Blase etc.Besonders wenn Du Dich erinnerst an die „5 Energielinien“, die wir in Song Nr. 5 und 6 geteilt haben

    Glaube es oder nicht: der Name dieses wunderschönen, göttlichen kleinen Wesens ist „Lalita“! Wir sahen, wie er in Mamas Bauch heranwuchs und er und seine größere Schwester Gayatri sind sehr wach und präsent

    Viele von Euch kennen “Carl” … er hat im letzten Sommer viel geholfen bei unserer „ARUN schamanischen Reise“ – er ist gerade zurück von 4 Monaten in Bolivien, woe r viele schöne Abenteuer erlebt hat.     Das ist Tom – ein echt „cooler Typ“…. Er lebt seit 4 Jahren hier….. seine Eltern sind aus England und er trägt einen Cowboyanzug, den sein Vater trug, als er ein Kind war.

Für ARUN Consious Touch Austausch haben wir Massagetische und “Lebendige Anatomie” Utensilien in einem anderen großen Gruppenraum

    Der Pool ist solar beheizt und ohne jegliche Chemikalien… so ein Vergnügen…. Und es gibt einen „Ozon“ Dampf Raum gleich daneben…

    Durch einen “seltsamen Zufall” haben 4 Leute Rohkost Kuchen mitgebracht – alle mit Mangos und verschiedenen Cacao Saucen. Dies ist die Art von Problemen, die wir hier haben!

    UND!!! Eine wirklich aufregende Neuigkeit!: Wir arbeiten zusammen mit einer lieben französischen Filmproduzentin. Sie wird uns helfen, einen „ARUN Conscious Touch Dokumentarfilm“ zu drehen. Viel Material wird von diesem Sommer kommen …mit den Menschen, mit der Natur… die Magie und Einfachheit von „Bewusster Berührung als Meditation” und Osho´s Sicht von Körper und Bewusstsein als eine organische Einheit in die Welt bringen. Ihr Name ist Sarah Veronica und ihre Arbeiten wurden bereits in Cannes gezeigt… sie liebt ARUN und ist sehr begeistert davon, dieses creative Projektmit uns durchzuführen. Also brauchen wir VIELE unserer lieben Freunde hier
