Removing Obstructions in our Energy-Field with “Green Smoothies Cleanse and Detox” & ARUN/ OSHO Yoga

WELCOME to our Spring Green Smoothies and ARUN/ Osho Yoga 4th Week, {as I would encourage you to keep the Yoga practice during the Cleanse}. If you have not started the Yoga yet, I would suggest you start now; your Body will greatly appreciate it! This sharing from Pujarin in Munich illustrates what we want to share:

“Lieber Anubuddha and Anasha-
This my fifth day of Green Smoothie Cleanse (I wanted to do it earlier, because I´ll be on a one week holiday in Lanzarote from next weekend on) – it feels so great doing
Yoga together with the cleanse. My body is kind of permeable and the life moving inside is so clearly to watch – and the vibrations from “outside” also. Many times I have the feeling, that I don´t have a personal energyfield, but I´m flowing in something immense. On a body level: no backpain, good energy, mostly centered and at ease. It is like being in an ARUN workshop: much more easy to be present and the inner witness is not hiding so much. I´m very happy and grateful to be part of this and also looking foreward to meeting  you in Cologne – love to you both – Pujarin”

Anasha and flower in Thailand…

For one week, you will be eliminating a lot of food you usually take on a daily basis.  You will detoxify from the negative effects this food can have and you will regenerate by adding minerals in the form of greens that are essential for the proper functioning of our fine-tuned body.  And furthermore, you will bring new awareness to your eating patterns.

For some of you who have not done the September 2010 Green Smoothie Cleanse & Detox, I invite you to go to the Blog now and read again the Intro and the recipes I have given… Actually, we all can read it again!

IMPORTANT!  I ask everyone to report to me by mail or on the ARUN Blog. I will answer your questions and will also elaborate on the ones that demand more depth.  Our Blog should become an “Inter-active platform”.

*** For the Japanese Friends: it may be difficult to do the Cleanse and some of you reported that it is difficult in Tokyo to find fruits right now…  Do not worry.  If it is not possible, just keep the information and do it at an appropriate time.

And for all of us in these “TIMES OF CHANGES”, transitions, tumults, catastrophies, upheavals:
Do not give into despair, yet feel the pain that may be there.

Practice “Atisha’s Meditation”…  When you breathe in, breathe all the pain, suffering of every human being, animals, the earth… feel it, see it, taste it , embrace it in with the In Breath.
Breathe out all the benediction, bliss, joy, ecstasy into the Universe, plants, Beings, animals… feel it, see it, taste it, embrace it with the out breath.
In the pause, return to the Source, the silent pool where peace prevails.
Keep going for the time you want.

Do not give in to fear, but accept what has happened, is happening… we can not change the past, we can only accept that Life the way we knew it, is changing.

Bring your undivided awareness to your “everyday tasks”, and this will help us stay grounded in the present moment.  Share your love in any possible ways… with your family, friends, strangers, animals.  This will keep our hearts expanding and will circulate the energy.

So let us start this experiment on Osho’s Enlightenment Day, the Spring Eqinox… and only take in organic fruits and leafy greens into our “Temples”… uncooked, living foods full of enzymes and nutrients.

Gibberish or “No-mind” is a great help if you feel burdened by some emotional detox symptoms.  Enemas or colonics are fantastic to assist the detox.  I have addressed all of this in the last cleanse, so please read it again.

I wish us all an in-sight- full week!
In love, Life, Light, Laughter…  Anasha

    Hi Anasha,
There are a few questions from Japanese firends,

    from Yumi,
“How about honey? I feel cold and want to dring something hot.
Herb tea or ginger water with a little honey is ok?
Will you talk about “fermentation “? Is it not good? I have gases, it is not good?”

    from Reiko,
“Since 21st, I drink green smoothies.
My stomach doesnt move so well and I have no appetite at all.
There are white things on the tongue. It does not feel good.
I am wondering if this method does not fit Japanese my body?
    Give me an advice.”

Rasatita, thank you for helping the japanese friends
to Yumi:yes Honey with ginger or herb teas or ginger, lemon honey water is ok. Also i answer Pipasa in the post of yesterday about been cold. I will talk today about fermentation and i talked about it in september so maybe Yumi read the notes again.

      To reiko
reiko san you are in detox!!!!!!
i need to know if the white things on your tongue are simply a white coated tongue or they are little pimple.
A white coated tongue is a detox sign, little pimples would be candida.
Also drink more water even so you may not be thirsty, if you are not hungry it is a sure sign that your body or stomach wants a break, always trust the sign our body gives you, and drink hot ginger lemon honey water this will soothe your stomach.
also move the body , for activation of the bowels movements are necessary, as is hydration of the colon, with the help of water (please noooo chlorinated water) and if the constipation persist which will not be the case, the body needs to becoming used to this new way of eating, if not we would use an enema.
Thanks Reiko you are doing well and getting rid of tensions too after the big Japan event, and do not worry, this cleanse is suited for any race in the world, if more questions arise, ask again.
Rasata can answer some of the questions or Kamala (give her e-mail to all the japanese friends) also
love to all of you my beloved japanese friends……….anasha

        Hi! anasha!
Thank you very much for your advice.
        Yes! Now i know that i’m in detox,because i got diarrhea .
i will trust the sign our body gives me!

It’s a good chance to be conscious of desire to eat .
my stomach doesn’t want eat,but my mind want to eat other things .
i can understand it more clearly since i began green smoothies.
when my mind want to eat more,
i can tell my mind that you are not in charge of eating.

It’s raining around Kamakura and Tokyo now.
Rain brought radiation and our tap water become contaminated with radiation a little now.

        love to anasya and anubudda

    Hello dear Anasha!!!

first of all – Thank you for your great posts!
I have a very “Western” digestive system – aka high acid levels and I want to start the cleanse.
but I got a little confused tofay after reading…
in your old post on the site and the email you sent today the same fruits appear as different acidicty levels.
some of the acid fruits (like oranges) are now on Alkaine fruits list, and some of the sweet fruits (like bananas) are now on the “acidic fruits”

I want to start making smoothis but im scared of choosing fruits that will make my acidicty worse 🙁 please help!

    Much Love & Light
    Meg Harel

    P.S here’s the two lists-

“Acid Fruits“- which are Grapefruits, oranges, tangerines, pineapple, pomegranates, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberry, and kumquats combine well with
“sub-acid” fruits- which are apples, blueberries-אוכמניות, cherimoyas -אנונה(with seeds), cherries, fresh figs-תאנה, grapes (with seeds), kiwi, mangoes, nectarines, papaya, peaches, pears, and plums.
Sweet Fruits: Bananas, persimmons-אפרסמון, prunes-שזיף, fresh dates, durian, mulberries, and any dried fruits (soaked in water for 6 hours).

Alkaline fruits: figs, papaya, Apricots, pineapple, lemon, oranges, tangerines, grapes, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwis…
Neutral fruits: melons {all types}, apples, cucumber, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, loquats
Slightly acidic fruits: bananas, avocados, cherimoya, durian, plums, dates, mulberry, and all dried fruits.

    hello Meg
thanks for writing , first i would like to know who you are as i know everyone on the list but not you !!!!!!!!
so would you be so kind and tell me if we know each other or not, and if not , how did you heard about the week of green smoothies. Thank you

    Now i answer your question.
the 1st list i gave is about the category the fruits are listed, and they are divided in 3 categories, sweet, sub acid and acid, and this is done for the compatibility of the mixing for digestive reasons .
the list of yesterday is for the acidity or alkalinity of the fruits , and the effects they have on the PH.
i hope this will clarify your doubts.
note also that even if a banana is slightly acidic it is gonna be balanced by the greens that have a highly alkalizing effect.
the banana is slightly acidic only due to the starch .
love to you too Meg and enjoy the ride
and the cleanse is totally alkalizing so do not worry.
