THE BREATH OF MEDITATION
April 21 @ 08:00 – 17:00
A Message from Anasha…
“The first act of life is an inhale. The last is an exhale.
And in between, there is life.”
The Arrival of Spring
Dear friends, With the arrival of early spring, the quality of energy has gently shifted. Here in Andalusia, where I live, yellow and pale violet flowers are in full bloom, and plum blossoms fall like a soft, passing rain. In the midst of this quiet beauty, each morning I find myself taking a deep breath and feeling a simple, heartfelt gratitude to be alive.
The Breath as Meditation
Today, I would like to share something very essential with you—the profound simplicity of being with your natural breath. We call this the Breath of Meditation; it is one of the central pillars of ARUN Conscious Touch.
The Practice:
- From this moment on, and throughout your day, whatever you may be doing, whatever may be moving through your mind, gently bring your awareness to your breath, just as it is.
- Allow yourself to feel the breath as meditation.
- Let the breath come. Let the breath go.
- Wait until the next breath arises by itself.
- Here. Now.
Nothing needs to be changed. Nothing needs to be added. Simply allow the awareness of your breath to become the most important thread of your day. In this way, meditation is no longer something you do—it is something that begins to happen. And from there, a deep and spacious silence naturally reveals itself.
A Journey of Rediscovery
In truth, it took me many years to rediscover this natural breath. When Anasha first introduced this within ARUN, I realized how habitual it was for me to control my breathing. I was not even aware of the subtle tension I was living in, nor how unnatural my breathing had become. Through years of practice, something slowly opened, until one day I could simply feel: “Ah… this is my natural breath.”
Even now, in the midst of a busy day, I can lose touch with it—this delicate, almost invisible breath. And yet, once truly felt, it is always there to return to. Simply remembering it, it gently reveals itself again.
Living the Breath: It is not limited to moments of sitting with closed eyes. It can be lived within the flow of everyday life:
- Walking to work
- In the middle of your tasks
- Hanging the laundry
- Drinking a cup of tea
In any moment, you can return to the simple experience of breathing. In doing so, you reconnect with the closest and most constant presence in your life.
Final Invitation: Lalita Training 2026
This year in Spain, the full Lalita training with Anasha and Anubuddha will take place from July 16th to 31st.
Please note: This will be the final Lalita training. Only 15 places are remaining.
To become conscious of the breath in this way is to begin living with a deeper awareness of life itself. An invitation to feel what is often overlooked, and to experience a depth of love that may be entirely new.
